In case anyone is interested, I found the following well hidden 4.0 RC Documentation. I am sure it will all be readily available and by advertised tomorrow.

This is still content in progress and it should not be used by users, since it could contain not relevant information for the edition you may use. We will post the links to the internal documentation when the topics are ready.
