how to build sitefinity 3.7 contacts module in Sitefinity 4.

HI,

how to build modules like (sitefinity 3.7 contacts)  in Sitefinity 4.o rc ?

in sitefinity 4.o rc , The job module is like the client user enter the data  and back end(Administrator user view data filled by Client user). but i need module in which back end user(administrator user) enter the data from administrator side, and client user view that data in client side(just like contatacs module in sitefinity 3.7);

please provide some small example and step by step procedure.
