Error while installing Sitefinity - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

I tried to install Sitefinity downloaded from telerik site
www.sitefinity.com/.../trial-single-download.aspx

I tried install both versions for 2.0 and 3.5. Both are showing an error . Please see the attached screenshot. IIS Reset was successful. After that while copying files, this error occurs

I have full admin previlage in the computer where I am trying to install

How could I overcome this error and install ?

Please guide me
