Actions Menu? - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hello,
I have somehow managed to make my custom module`s backend template look like sitefinity`s templates.
I want to have menus like other default templates have. Please see the screenshot and guide me how can I have highlighted items on my template.
Just give me a hint, i`ll try to do it then.
