What happened to tags/categories at the page level?

This was an option in 4.0, not sure when it disappeared - 4.1 or 4.1 SP1.  What's the alternative?

Hi Suzanne,

To add tags/categories to pages you need to add a custom field to a page and for pages this is done programmatically. The topic has been discussed in this forum.
