What is the approximate timeline for 4.2 SP1 SDK?

I have a project dependent upon the SDK, so I need to wait for the 4.2 SP1 SDK before I upgrade. Any idea when it will be released? Generally it is about a week late, but I haven't heard anything yet for a target date. (I assume I would need the SDK to be updated to the same rev 1733)
