Are the RadControls available with the Community Edition of

I installed the Community Edition of Sitefinity along with the SDK. The RadControls are missing from the Visual Studio Toolbox. I attempted to add them from the Telerik.Web.UI.dll but it gave me the error, "Type library Telerik.Web.UI.tlb could not be loaded".

Petya, thanks for the reply. I tried that but I get the error "Type library Telerik.Web.UI.tlb could not be loaded". See screenshot. I have installed the Rad Controls without any problems on a nearly identical virtual computer using both the SDK and DevCraft. I am using the Community Edition of Sitefinity and suspect that may be why they won't register. 

Never mind. I tried to add the controls as a Com Component. Should have selected .Net Components.
