Can we enhance with 2 small features?

1) Ability to pick specific items, not just by taxons
2) Ability to define AND\OR logic...so like "With X Categories AND Y Tags" or "Any of these categories" or "With all of these categories"

...then that can be merged into webforms...instead of just webforms features merged here?

Yep it is...the designers are being build from scratch, it'd be nice to have something like this native.
