ResourcePackages with a dot in their name do not seem to work

I am just getting started with the latest Sitefinity version, and when I copied the Bootstrap folder to a new folder that included a dot in the name of the folder, my layout page did not get used by any pages that used it.

For example, name the folder 2016.1 and it will show up as a template you can choose, but does not reflect the contents.  Renaming the folder to one with a dash or no punctuation worked fine, i.e.  2016-1 worked, as did 20161.

Hi,

This seems related to that issue:

You can try to upgrade to the latest internal build.
