NuGet error while installing a freshly forked feather-widget solution from GitHub

I just forked latest version of feather-widget project and downloaded and installed by GitHub. When I try to download missing nuget packages, it stops in the middle of process with following error:

unable to find version '1.0.11' of package 'telerik.sitefinity.testarrangementservice.attribute'

What can I do?

I met same problem before. I just unloaded all test projects from solution
