How to Show Frameworks in the Layout View - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hi everyone,

I have activated Feather; and on one test server I placed Foundation in the ResourcePackages folder to then see it appear in the layout options of a page view to then drag-and-drop grid layouts to the page.

When I tried to replicate this process on another server, it doesn't work. I place the Foundation folder (and I too tried Bootstrap, Minimal, and SemanticUI) in ResourcePackages, but nothing appears in the layout view.

Am I misplacing a step to get these grids to appear in layout view?

I was following documentation under the Built-in Feather Packages heading:
