How do I use a .skin file?

Is there no way to leverage .skin files? I added one but it didn't seem to do anything.

We leverage them quite heavily here since some devs forget to set certain properties...

There is a bug concerning skins PITS. Please excuse us for the inconvenience. You can refer to themes and CSS widget to style your content.

Hello

The problem has not been fixed. part of this falls under the feature category since to provide the means for skin files to be loaded for controls a new virtual directory provider have to be created. I can`t give you an estimate when such provider will be implemented.

Thanks for the feedback. But somehow I have the feeling .skin files are very basic asp.net.
