Auto year control for copyright footers

I would like to utilize an auto year control in my Content Blocks so that I do not have to update my copyright footers in my websites when the years change.

For example, there could be a year placeholder control in my content block which would simply perform a DateTime.Now.Year operation to get the most current year.  This is especially useful in copyright footers so that content managers do not have to update the copyright footers on websites especially when transitioning from Dec. 31st of one year to Jan 1st of the next year.

Is there any built-in Sitefinity control to accomplish this?
