Sitefinity 4.X Form Builder Output Target

I was wondering if it's possible to output a submitted form created with the Dynamic Form Builder to an email, in place of or in combination to writing it to the database through OpenAccess.  Or is this not available out of the box and we'd have to build code to trigger off the submit event to also output the form fields to an email?
