How to open user's profile page from the backend?

Hi,

There was an ability in Sitefinity 3.7 to open user's profile using the following hyperlink:
yourwebsite/.../Users.aspx

Is there something similar in Sitefinity 4?

Unfortunately there isn't a direct link, out of the box, that would load a specific user profile. You can modify some of the backend pages to take care of query string parameters, but that would require not a small amount of development work. Let me know if you need further assistance.
