Department design

I have page include a Department classification and I need to change Department design.
How can I do that?!

Can you elaborate a bit?...are you looking to change the CSS of a widget or rename a classification?

I want to have Department like attached picture.
FYI I cannot use category control because it's been used in other parts of website.
