Hi,

I had developed a site in sitefinity 4.0. After updating the files in client server environment user's sometimes getting the error which I had attached here. At the same time when I am accessing the same page from my machine its not showing the error. Can you please have a look of the screen shot attached and suggest me ASAP.

Hello Sathiyaseelan,

There are two possible reasons for such type of exception. You have either have some missing references to the Analytics assemblies part of the initial project, or your ClientBin/Telerik.Sitefinity.Analytics.xap is not up to date.

Can you please make sure that the two conditions above are met, and let me know on your progress with this issue.
