Integrating with SF

Hello,

We're using Sitefinity 4 and we're really happy with our purchase. We would like to start moving some data between it and our internal system. Is there a guide on where to find certain kinds of data? The place we would like to start is moving Form submissions into our CRM.

Docs were updated with 4.2, but still missing a crapton of important info...but there's blog posts and samples out there too.
