Shared Content on Templates

I have installed the latest 4.3 and see this is still not an option. Can we expect this to ever be implemented? This is a very nice feature to have for legacy Sitefinity sites that currently use this approach.

I didn't even realize this was removed in Sitefinity 4 - What is the accepted workaround for this? I was planning on using this feature for the project I'm on... but I haven't gotten around to doing that part yet.

The accepted work around is to create your Templates off of a "Base" Template or "Skeleton" Template that contains the content you would like to use across all pages.

Have you looked at the Content Blocks module. Thats how you can create shared content.

Then with the Content Block widget you can select Shared Content.
