Hi,

Can the images module can be customized to include album covers(image) for all the image library if we are going to create..and if this is possible can we list all albums/library names with cover images in a page. On clicking each of them will list all images (with 3 in a row). Further clicking each image will open it in light-box with close button.

Can these be possible with default image module or we need to use custom code.

Your help will be more appreciated.

Thanks,
sathya

Hello Sathiyaseelan,

Currently such functionality is not coming out-of-the-box, but you can try and customize the template for backend image module - you can find it in the SDK:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Sitefinity 4.3\SDK\Content\Resources\WidgetTemplates\Backend\Libraries
(the path may vary due to your setup ).

What I can suggest you to try for the album cover is to create a custom field for the albums and set it as thumbnail for the album. Then you can choose a picture for that thumbnail and edit the template accordingly so that the "cover" is correctly shown.

All the best,
