How to Implement Job Post

Can any one Suggest how to implement Job post Using UserControl

There is a built-in sample job post application in the SDK if you would like to implement it as a module.

Or do you need other specific issues to overcome?  Building a user control with a backend editor is also pretty easy to achieve.
