Hello NIkhil,

This seems to be a simple horizontal navigation. You can use the build-in horizontal navigation (based on RadTabStrip) and style it, using the css classes, which are applied to it. Here you can find some information about the classes, set to RadTabStrip, and what they're used for. I believe that the following thread will answer some of your questions, regarding navigations in Sitefinity.
