Blog URL Modification - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

In the process of moving blogs from wordpress to Sitefinity, we are needing to generate the URL in the format of YYYYDD/Title. Currently Sitefinity is generating the URL of YYYY/MM/DD/Title. Is there a way to change this functionality?
