A couple of things to try:
1 - Make sure you download the latest Sitefinity.lic license file from your Telerik account,
2 - Place it in the \App_Data\Sitefinity\ directory location,
3 - Make sure you are using the domain name to access the site as each license is assigned against a domain name. So accessing it through an IP address will not suppress the trial message.
4 - Then go into the Admin area and click Administration -> Versioning... and then on the Refresh button on that page to re-apply the latest license file that you have just downloaded.
5 - Then delete the entire browsing history (cookies and all) and then restart the IIS side of things.
That must work as this functionality is tested to death.

Thanks,
Andrei

Hi Nikhil,

In addition to Andrei's suggestions I would like to note that the trial message that appears for 4.3, although you are using Sitefinity 4.4 is a bug, which we have logged in our system for fixing. You can check the PITS item and vote for / track it.

Kind regards,
Victor Velev
