Database Overwriting Problem while uploading the changed ver

Hello

My scenario is that my website is live. The client wants me to make changes in the modules of test site and then he will upload those changes in the running website.

So my question here is as i have made changes in the templates and modules of sitefinity. These changes will be stored in database. As i can not replace whole database. I need to find out the changed tables and their  values. 

My question here is whether making changes in the sitefinity tables can cause problems in the running website? Please suggest me any simple way to make changes in my website.
