Best approach/suggestions for custom Masterpage - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hi there,

what I wish to achieve is:
1. Have a <body> tag get assigned an id -> eg. <body id="ThisPage">
2. Have the above done in a Masterpage, then when the Masterpage is extended, the valid entries for the body id are presented as a drop-down box within the template editor in the sitefinity backend -> eg. Label called "Body Tag ID: ", Dropdown box that has 3 options, ThisPage1, ThisPage2, ThisPage3. User customising a new template based on the Masterpage will then select 1 of the options.

Is there any particular asp:somebits that I should look into? Any material/posts/guides etc that I can look at? Or if anyone wants to propose a solution =)

Hi Allen -

I think you may be "over-engineering" what you'd like to achieve. Can you describe in a bit more detail what you're trying to accomplish?
