Sitefinity.com blog structure.

Hi,

I'm trying to implement a blog with a same structure as the blog on the sitefinity.com site.
Where by posts can be filtered by category and author. It would be useful to know how you've created this structure as I'm finding it hard to recreate.

Is there one blog per author? Therefore the Blog List control gives you a list of Authors? I'm finding that the Blog List control can't filter the Blog Post control. And it's directing me to create a new page for each blog. If we have 20 authors that's a lot of pages.

I've tried creating a support ticked however I'm finding difficult to get across the problem. I am aware that there are probably lots of solution however I'm trying to create the most manageable.

Any insight would be appreciated.
