Adding Site name to the end of all page titles automatically

Hi,

We want to add " | Site Name" automatically to the end of page titles via code for consistency - how is this best done? Please note we don't want to actually change the name saved to the database. Just add it when the page displays.

I have seen similar threads but the other solutions are actually saving it to the database.
