Multiple Languages Front Side ( Languages for public content )

I have an application with more than 2 frontend languages.
I have reviewed forums for enabling multilingual section in sitefinity.
In most of the case steps for adding front languages are.
Goto - 1) Administration
          2) Settings
          3) Languages
But I couldn't find Languages for public content in Language section, it just displays languages for the backend system.
So, my question is how to enable or get Languages for public content for multiple frontend languages?

Dear NIT
Multiple FrontEnd languages are supported as of Standard Edition (SE). Could it be you are using as Small Business Edition (SBE) ?

Also even though the SBE edtion lets you choose more then one backend language you can only use one. Unfortuntately. At least this was the case and I don't think Telerik has changed that yet or ever will.
