ContentView - Master/Detail for Dynamic Modules

How would I go about creating a ContentView with master/detail for a module built using module builder? I'm aware of the products module sample but this was built from scratch and not really for dynamic types. Has anyone been able to build something like this?

I'm about to attempt this myself.... did you get anywhere with it?

You should use the auto-generated control...it does this out of the box

Then just tack on some codebehind
