Auto publish modules (shared content) in 3.7

We have a couple test environments that we use for testing purposes.  What we would like to do is to make our changes in our production environment where the content is ready for publishing.  Then copy the database to our test environments and we need a way to automatically publish all content instead of going to each piece of shared content and publishing.  Is there a way to auto publish modules (shared content)?

Also, this is on Sitefinity 3.7 with workflows enabled.  We would like to do this with a database script.  The next best solution would be a console app that would run post restore with other processes.
