Programmatically filter Document Link widget on load

Hi,

I have this page which is accessed by a group of registered users, and these registered users have custom field for Hobby eg. "Cycling".

Then I have this group of document resources which some were tagged with "Cycling" as classification.

Therefore, I wish to present this page programmatically to filter and display all the document links immediately to user's related hobbies without using Tag widgets to select manually.

Is there any form of codes that you can suggest for me to use to filter the current Document Link widget? Or do I need to create a similar custom widget to do such operation?
