Can flash banner be created using Module Builder?

Hi,

I am doing a website in SF5. The flash banners are being displayed using a user control.
The problem with this is that, flash banners are different for different pages. So in future, if there is any change in the flash, the code needs to be changed. Hence an option should be created so that the admin can upload the images from admin site without contacting the developer.

Can this requirement be met by Module Builder? I created a module and added title and images field. But I am stuck there. For the images field, I gave type as Media.  I don't know what option to select for  "What kind of media this field will manage? ".
Please help.

It's not clear from your description, why your user control wouldn't just access its file from a library, where you could re-upload when/as required.
