Calling javascript on design mode - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hi,

We have a javascript that obfuscates email links all around our pages. Our problem is that on design mode after inserting the email link using a Content Block control it doesn't deobfuscate the email immediately. See attached screen shot.

We're wondering if there's a way where we can call our javascript method as soon as we've updated the content, after clicking save button of the Content Block control.

Would just like to know if theres a global method that we could override to quickly call a javascript function. After a control designer has been saved (regardless of whether or not its a content block), is there a method that we can inject javascript into to call? I know this could probably be done manually by overriding the designer, but, i'd like to avoid that if possible.
