Runtime Error

Hello,
I get a "Runtime error" popup when ever I click on any link in the Sitefinity Administration Page.

I get the error when I click on any link except for the Dashboard Link.

I just installed the SItefinity 5, configured the Database and was trying to create a few sample Pages.

Can you tell me what that error means?
