Sitemap.xml in Sitefinity 5 - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

We are trying to get a sitemap.xml file generated for the version of Sitefinity we are using. This seems like a standard feature that would be included in a CMS.

We found some code to generate the sitemap but it does not work because Telerik.Cms was replaced by Telerik.Sitefinity. Any insight on how to implement a programmatically generated sitemap.xml file?

The Sitefinity SDK contains a sample of a working sitemap module. More information on how it works and what it does is available on this companion blog post.

You can include this module in your website to generate the sitemap for your page.
