File Uploader in Content Block

Hi Team Telerik,

We have a requirement where the user need to associate a file (using File Uploader) to a specific content Block.

Once the user selects the file,  he can then parse the file to read the content ans store it by assigning it to the content Block. So, here I require the Submit event of the 'Create News Item'.

Please let me know how can I achieve this.
