Sitefinity Admin Password Recovery

I got a request from a client to enable password recovery on the sitefinity login screen. Essentially they would simply like a button to do the whole new random password emailed to the users e-mail.

However that doesn't appear to do the trick, and because of the ambiguity of the language it's difficult to tell if it should work or if it's for front end users. Either way I have attached a mock screenshot of what I was hoping to achieve and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
