After searching around for a good YouTube.com player for my Sitefinity, because my website traffic rarely had Microsoft Silverlight installed, I found nothing. My only choice was to make a basic player that would take whatever YouTube URL you put in it and edit it to play correctly. A html ID is included on the player so you can style and size as needed. There isn't a nice back end designer for this because I couldn't get it working (even after contacting support). Feel free to download and use (or improve and post back) as you like.
