custom navigation widget in master page as a template

Does any one have the experience and tell me how to implement the following? The navigation menu in master page, the master page is as a template. how to make the navigation menu dynamic so that when a new page is created, the menu would be added automatically in the navigation? Is it possible to implement this? Thanks!!

Does anyone know this? Please help! Or sitefinity supports such function?
