External site link in navigation menu

I'm evaluating sitefinity 5.1 trial version.

If I have horizontal navigation with drop down menu and I would like to have external site url as one of the menu item, how can I do it?

For e.g. Google.com as one of the menu item (it could be anything)

Any help would be appreciated.

It's one of the standard options when creating a page - redirect the page to another page. You can redirect to another page or an external url. If you choose either, nothing is created other than the redirection link.
