Custom forms module frontent widget

I need to create several forms on our website and would like to use the forms module to manage them. However, I am having trouble applying the styles (css) that our designer created to the frontend forms widget. I have successfully applied those styles to an asp.net web application (outside of sitefinity) using telerik RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax. So, I would like to create a custom widget using telerik Radcontrols in place of the buildin forms widget.

My question is, how can I programmatically submit a new form entry to an existing form in the forms module?

Anyone have a sample on how to programmatically create a form entry?
