Dupliate Home Url?

So you setup your first page and then make it your homepage
http://<domain>

The url to that page is
http://<domain>/home

...so now both urls resolve giving me 2 identical pages that can be indexed (bad)...setting the redirect in the multiple urls field doesn't seem to work.

Whats the fix for this, an IIS rule?
