Blog post disable Single Item. Is this Possible?

Hi people,

I've been working with Sitefinity for some days and I have a Blog post on my website footer to show the latest 5 posts with summary inside my Template.

The problem is when I access any post inside my blog, the website footer is changed and shows the post as well because it's a Single Item.

Is it possible to disable a post blog single item or do I have to create a widget to show those latest blog posts?

Hi Rafael,

I suppose you have a page where you show all blogposts and/or single blogposts?

Just configure the widget inside your footer, to point to that page for single blog posts.
