Forms Module permissions from code

Hi there

So, I got asked to create a way of letting people access forms from a control (not from sitefinity backend). Anyhoo, part of that is that this should only pull the list of items that the person has access to (using SF permissions). Can this be done? There is not much information on the SF Devnet about that specifically.
