IIS Localhost FrontEnd doesn't work - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

Hello all,

I've tried to create my Sitefinity project using IIS 7.5 in my localhost with this link: www.sitefinity.com/.../configuring-the-iis-to-host-sitefinity-projects

I did everything on this but when I try to access any page in the front end I get the error attached (The resource cannot be found. HTTP 404.) but if I try to access the back end it works perfectly.

Anybody knows what am I missing?

Hello Rafael,

The behaviour that you are encountering is indeed strange - can elaborate a bit more on the steps that you took to deploy your project to IIS? Can you double check whether all settings and configs are as in the following blog post:

www.sitefinity.com/.../installing_sitefinity_4_on_iis_7.aspx

Also can you confirm that starting the project from Visual Studio will not reproduce the error?
