Sitefinity 5.1, only sees Blogs List widget, but not Blog Posts widget

I am on Sitefinity 5.1.

Following the training video, I create a blog-section page, created a blog, created a few blog posts under the blog.  On Pages, in editting the blog-section page,  under "Drag Widgets", Content, there's only the "Blogs List" widget, but not "Blog Posts" widget that I want to use.

Why am I missing the "Blog Posts" widget???

OK, I found the problem, and the resolution to this.

Someone unchecked the "enable" checkbox, deep inside the Admininstration -> Settings -> Advance -> Toolboxes -> Toolboxes ->.......  BlogPost..
