can't reset pwd
just a week ago, as an admin, i was able to re-set a pwd for my users - to get the system generated pwd. now this option disappeared - for one of the users who lost her pwd. how do i get this option back?

It is very unlikely that this will stop working without any changes. Does this functionality work for other users?
Check if password reset is enabled for the provider the user is in, here is how to do it:http://screencast.com/t/XvqNMQ7jVN7
Password reset needs to be true and password retrieval false.
