Internal Server Error (500) calling Sitefinity web service o

Hi,

I want to make calls to the Sitefinity web services similar to http://www.sitefinity.com/developer-network/forums/general-discussions-/windows-authentication but I'm calling a custom service provider in our existing authentication process.

Right now, I have a bare minimum implementation of the MembershipProvider for GetUser, ValidateUser methods and Application property to authenticate in order to save the cookie for access the Sitefinity web services.

But I've been receiving Internal Server Error (500) in response from the web service call. -- request.GetResponse()

Since there is no source provided to debug on the Sitefinity code, could you please help me in identifying the issue?

Would it be possible to open a support ticket and in it, include a copy of the project files and backup of the database, please?  
We will investigate the problem locally.
