Step by Step Set up for Sharing App_Data Folder

The linked document(below) is a step by step instructions for how we set up our IIS for sharing App_Data folder.  We do this when we need multiple developers on one project and using TFS for our source control.  I don't go into how to set up TFS but we usually have the front end developer set up a custom work space mapping the shared folder for the App_Data so it can remain under source control.
